1. Shipping: Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! As most of our pieces are shipped from the US, we'd appreciate your patience if you have placed an international order.

2. Shipping: What are your shipping rates?
We offer free shipping in the US and subsidized shipping worldwide. Final shipping rates will be applied per item at checkout, depending on your location. None of our shipping rates go beyond USD10 per item, even for bulkier items.

We subsidize international shipping so that it's more affordable for Boba Besties around the world, though it may take some time to get to you. We appreciate your patience.

3. Shipping: How long does it take to ship?

• Orders processing time: 2-5 business days before shipping
• US shipping: 2-7 business days
• International shipping: 10-30 business days (2-3 weeks on average)

4. Ordering: Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. 

5. Ordering: Can I change my address after I placed an order?
Due to the many moving parts, once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make changes. Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes. 

6. Ordering: How are duties or taxes managed for international orders?
The customer is fully responsible for any Duties or Taxes on international shipments unless it otherwise states it on that shipping rate.

7. Ordering: Are all your items unisex?
Yes all apparel are of unisex sizing, except for our cropped hoodie that are catered towards female silhouettes. But hey, if you love it just wear it :)

8: Returns & Exchanges
We're sorry if you aren't satisfied with your purchase. We currently do not process returns or exchanges. If your item is damaged, please drop us an email at bobabestie@dreamsofboba.com with the details and we'll see what we can do!

9. How do I care for my boba apparel?
To maintain the quality of your Boba apparel, turn it inside out and machine wash it in cold water on a delicate cycle. Hang drying is ideal, but if you must use a dryer, choose a delicate cycle with low heat. Regular hang drying will extend its lifespan. Finally, avoid ironing directly on our cute prints :)

10. Will you be releasing new merch items and designs in future?
